These Terms and Conditions govern your use of macromanmeals.com and your purchase of meals and services from Macroman Meals. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and Pickup
We prepare fresh, made-to-order meals on a weekly schedule. Orders must be placed by the weekly cutoff (Wednesday at midnight) for pickup that weekend. Meals are available for pickup only, at the locations and times shown on our Pickup Locations page. It is your responsibility to pick up your order during the posted window for your chosen location.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown on each product page and are subject to change. Your order total, including any applicable tax, is shown at checkout. Payment is due at the time you place your order.
Subscriptions
Some products are offered on a recurring subscription. If you start a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule shown at checkout until you cancel. You can manage or cancel a subscription from your account before the next weekly cutoff.
Food Safety and Allergens
Our meals are prepared in a shared kitchen that handles common allergens. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please review meal details and contact us with questions before ordering. Once you receive your meals, keep them refrigerated and follow any heating and use-by guidance provided.
Coaching Services
Coaching is offered separately and is subject to any additional terms provided when you apply. Coaching provides general nutrition and fitness guidance and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any new nutrition or exercise program.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Macroman Meals is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our site, meals, or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
